Richard Lingard - Senior Manager Property Advisory
Richard joined Taylor Woodings in 2009. His background is in property having worked in the development team at Valad Property Group and prior to this as a Senior Executive in industrial sales and leasing for CB Richard Ellis.
At Valad Property Group Richard’s key responsibilities centred around project delivery, managing builders, asset management, numerous list/sell/lease assignments as well as general property analysis, strategy setting and execution.
Richard joined Taylor Woodings in a Property Advisory role to assist with all aspects of property including, sales and lease negotiations and to establish strategies for maximising outcomes for clients.
Since joining he has assisted with the disposal of a large number of assets in the residential, commercial, industrial and retail sectors. He has also helped to add value to a number of incomplete projects by assessing feasibilities or working to achieve a favourable planning result.
Richard has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Finance.
