Richard co-ordinates Taylor Woodings' specialist property team and offers clients relevant industry experience having worked in the development team at Valad Property Group and prior to that in the Industrial Sales and Leasing at CB Richard Ellis.
Richard’s key responsibilities at Valad centred around project delivery, numerous disposal and leasing assignments, asset management, feasibility analysis, strategy setting and execution.
Through first-hand experience, Richard has built a significant understanding of the key metrics critical to success in property. He has in-depth knowledge of the key drivers and participants in all the major Australian markets and has advised numeous clients on asset realisation strategies from simple disposals to complex development workouts.
Since joining the firm, he has advised on a multitude of property related files and established strategies to maximise outcomes for clients. He has assisted with the development and disposal of numerous residential, commercial, industrial and retail property assets. His specific property expertise has allowed him to assist clients on a number of incomplete projects by assessing feasibilities or working to achieve a favourable planning result.
