Access to Creditor Information
Access to these documents is limited to those creditors of the company and their professional advisers who have been provided with a password by Taylor Woodings to access the documents.
Access is not available to any other party.
The documents and their contents must be kept confidential and must not be disclosed directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, other than:
- to Taylor Woodings during the course of the external administration of the company;
- as required by law; or
- to your legal advisers on a confidential basis.
By entering the password you acknowledge and agree as follows:
- you are a creditor of the company, an employee of a creditor of the company or a professional adviser to a creditor of the company;
- you have received the password directly from Taylor Woodings;
- you will keep the documents and their contents confidential and will not disclose directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, the documents or their contents other than to Taylor Woodings in the course of the external administration of the company, as required by law or to your legal advisers on a confidential basis.
